Yes. Simply wash Mute with mild soapy warm water, paying close attention to cleaning the dilation mechanism. Then rinse thoroughly and dry well before storing out of direct heat and sun. Dilators are recommended for use up to 10 times.

Yes. Mute is made from soft pliable materials and adjustable for your personalized fit. Side sleepers should have no issues with comfort using Mute, and the dilator should stay in place if you move around during the night.
